What are the delivery charges for orders from the CRM Global?
We have Three delivery systems.

Free Standard Delivery: It is free for order of  £25 or above and takes 3-4 working days to deliver.
Standard Delivery: It cost  £0.99 to £2.49 and takes 3-4 working days to deliver.
Express Delivery: It costs £4.99 and it will be delivered to you by next 2 days if ordered by 4:00pm Monday to Friday – Exclusions apply.
Next Day Delivery: It costs £6.99 and it will be delivered to you by next day if ordered by 4:00pm Monday to Friday – Exclusions apply.

What is the Free UK Standard Delivery?

Free UK Standard Delivery is applicable to those order which are of £25 or above.

What is the UK Standard Delivery?

UK Standard Delivery is applicable to those order which are under £25

What is Express Delivery and how to avail it?
If you have selected Express Delivery, your order will be delivered to you in next 2 Days if ordered by 4:00pm Monday to Friday – Exclusions apply*. You can select Express delivery during checkout process.
What is Next Day Delivery and how to avail it?
If you have selected Next Day Delivery, your order will be delivered to you by next Day if ordered by 4:00pm Monday to Friday – Exclusions apply*. You can select Next Day Delivery during checkout process.
Can I make payment through Credit card or Debit Card?
You can make payment through most major credit or debit cards and Paypal
What happens if there is no one in to receive my order?
If you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver your item, it may be left with a neighbour. To opt out of this service please click here

If you opt out of this service you will receive a ‘Something for you’ card to collect your order at your local Post Office® For information on collection please click here

If your item isn’t collected within 18 days it will be returned back to us and we will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund. We will automatically refund your order if no contact is made within 7 working days.

What happens if I haven't received my Order?
We will always endeavour to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible. If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order reference number within 14 days from your order dispatch date. You will need to fill out a denial of receipt form so we can investigate further. No resend or refund will be offered until a full investigation is complete.
Do you deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses?
We are only able to ship to BFPO addresses that service UK and Germany, this is due to the dangerous goods act. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or any countries outside of the UK.

What if your product is faulty or damaged?
We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case you can either:
Call our Customer Services Team on (0044) 208-545-7753 to arrange a return, refund or replacement, or email them at [email protected]. Please remember to include the following information if you email: name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return. Please also state clearly whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.
What will be Return Delivery Charges if product is faulty or damaged?
In the case of faulty or damaged items, or order errors, we will cover the cost of returning the items to us via Royal Mail by supplying a Returns Label. Please contact our Customer Service Team to request this. When posting items back to us please make sure to request a proof of postage receipt from the post office, as we can’t take responsibility if the item is lost without a proof of postage receipt.
If I want refund for my order, how will it be Paid?
Refunds will be paid onto the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.
Do you deliver to other countries other than UK?
For now we deliver within UK only.
What are the cancellation, returns and refund policy?
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you, and up to 14 days afterwards. Please refer to your (“Dispatch Confirmation”) email for the Returns Procedure for online orders or by contacting our Customer Services team at [email protected] or on 208-545-7753.

Do you delivery during Christmas?
We do not deliver during Christmas Holidays.
